Training courses:
Through these courses, you can shorten the learning curve or obtain the necessary skills to enter negotiation or activism without waiting to discover what works best for you through years of field experience.
Nothing of what you will find here is taught in university, because whilst there we learn the conceptual foundations of international negotiations, diplomacy or international organizations, the idea here is to put at your disposal more than twenty years of experience in lobbying, activism and diplomacy in a practical way.
Advice
Customized advice on advocacy and communication. Together, we’ll define what success means to you, and put together a strategy with the necessary elements. This may include monitoring of a particular subject or situation, communication campaigns, all through which we will teach you the key concepts, and walk with you along the process if necessary.
Coaching in negotiations: We give you the methodological foundations of multilateral negotiation, we train you in the structure and substance of a negotiation. We teach you how to analyse the negotiating process and we offer you the tools so that you can feel like a fish in the water.
Research: As the name indicates, we research and prepare the material relevant to your specific topic, make a diagnosis and propose lines of action. If necessary, we evaluate how the multilateral debate affects or impacts your area of concern.
